Zirconia Fiber refers to a polycrystalline fibrous material with a purity (ZrO2+ stabilizer) ≥ 99.99%, a fully stabilized cubic crystal phase, a diameter of 3–8 μm, in the form of continuous filaments, and exhibiting a white cotton-like appearance. Zirconia fiber products are various profiled components manufactured through deep processing and calcination of zirconia fibers.  
These products feature unique process design, high purity, low density, high melting point (2700°C), high service temperature (2200°C), low thermal conductivity at room temperature (0.06 W/m·K), corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, non-volatility, pollution-free composition, long service life, and environmental friendliness.  
As the highest-temperature-resistant ultra-high-temperature refractory insulation material among known metal oxides, it is widely used in aviation, aerospace, sapphire growth furnaces, monocrystal growth furnaces, high-temperature electric furnaces, high-process microwave electric furnaces, military applications, and other high-tech fields.
